I would like to sincerely thank everyone I have had the pleasure of serving over the last 16 years. I appreciate your support and the confidence you placed in me to provide your legal representation over the years. I have enjoyed my time working with each of you.
I have now accepted a position as an Assistant Attorney General with the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Effective December 1, 2015 I have closed my private practice office and am no longer accepting clients.
I am using this page of my website to inform former clients of the opportunity to retrieve their files from my office. Please note: I will release your files to you and only you. If you want your client files, you will need to sign a formal release/receipt for me to retrieve and release your files to you. Please contact me to receive this release form.
Again, I protect the confidentiality of all my clients and I will release your file only to you and no others.
I will soon begin notifying all clients I have represented in the last 5 years to inform each individual that they may come pick up their files. If your case and the related files are within the file retention period, you may receive this letter from me, regarding the return of your files. Letters will be sent to the client’s last known address (as is available to me in each client’s individual file).
Please note, it is my intention dispose of any unwanted files that exceed this 5-year retention window. Therefore, you should contact me ASAP if you wish to retrieve your files.
Any clients who have any further questions may feel free to contact me at my office number or at my Post Office Box mailing address, which I plan to have active through December 31, 2017.
I will keep this website up during this period as well.
After 2017, my contact information will be readily available through the Kentucky Bar Association (mailing address and telephone contact number).
Thank you again for your time and consideration,
Adam Miller, Attorney at Law
